Rakshit Jain is very kind and has helped me tremendously he's always answering my questions on guiding me as i go through my website. Loop is great & has been there every step of the way. I feel a lot more confident and I like how accessible they are to reach very friendly.

We have had good experience with this app so far. Our store sells fruits, vegetables and groceries, so our prices vary from week to week. Loop can make the price of the subscriptions have a small price variation, following the changes we make in the store, which is quite useful.
The customer service is very good, they helped me implement the app and they also constantly help me with any questions or doubts I have regarding the app.

I use this app to autoship monthly product and highlight our free shipping at $100. The loop team is the best to work with and are very knowlegdge, helpful and responsive.

I have only used the free version for a day and the customer support is just one of the best I've seen. they are super helpful and organised (they set up video chats with you and provide google meet links and everything). :)

We've previously been on ReCharge and Prive, and Loop is the best so far! The built-in analytics Loop provides and the out-of-the-box customer UX far exceed other competing platforms, and the economics of Loop work better for our small (but growing) business. Since switching to Loop, we better understand who/why/what around our subscription customers and their behavior. We've also seen a drop in customer service tickets related to customer subscription management because our customers are able to navigate their portals easily. Loop is easy and makes growing a subscription channel easy!

My company is new to subscriptions, and the Loop team has been helpful every step of the way. We have had many questions on ways to customize and maximize our plan and they were responsive and helpful every step of the way.

Top-notch team and technology. Undoubtedly one of the best subscription apps for shopify on the market. We love the comprehensive out of the box functionality and ease of use of the platform. We changed from Recharge to Loop in Nov 2022 as Recharge didn't have all the features we needed and we found Recharge's support slow and at times very average. In contrast, the guys from Loop have been fantastic during the migration and whenever we encountered a problem they'd fix it overnight and were always available via phone or video conference which made the migration very smooth. I thought that once migrated the support would maybe drop and get worse, but this has not been the case. In January 2023 we overhauled our website and wanted to add a fairly customised bundle feature and again, Loop has offered exceptional customer service during this process. Our web development agency had the same feedback regarding Loop and was very impressed with the help of Loop (thanks Lesle, Vivek, and Piyush!) and they were dealing with Recharge at the same time for another client so had a straight comparison. Apart from the exceptional service, Loop offers better reporting, a better dashboard, and just better features at a better cost. I can highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good app (partner) to drive subscriptions.
