Our business model is consumable products and subscriptions are the bread and butter of our business. As such we've been using subscriptions apps since 2017 including Bold and Yotpo. With the limitations of both and the need to expand past the limited capabilities of each we found Loop, and it was a night a day difference. A support team that will reach out and find solutions for unique scenarios or store needs is the icing on the cake. The ability to be proactive and reach customers where they are and manage subscriptions how they should be is what makes Loop feel like it was designed specifically for your store and not a generic solution like other apps out there.

I went through the onboarding process with Loop, and I cannot say enough good things about their team and services. Sharath and Lesle were top notch in their guidance, and the app itself is extremely sleek and user friendly. While ultimately my business did not end up needing this app, It's not easy to get real human services this good anymore. If you were on the fence about the app, I wouldn't hesitate! The customer service alone makes it worth the jump.
