The best subscription app and unmatched excellent customer service. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. The Loop team was able to provide our business with custom features to so that we provide our csutomers with an amazing customer portal. I am so happy we made the switch and hands down I recomend Loop for your subscrption needs.

From the first day of downloading Loop, the customer support has been excellent. Despite having a few issues within the first couple days, Loop always replied fast and solved the issues. Loop provides everything I need for my subscription-based business. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs to add subscriptions to their website.

I had some questions and Piyush jumped straight on a call with me to talk me through everything and the team immediately did some custom coding to make the app look just as I wanted it on my product page. Fantastic customer service!

Best service, easy to install and configurable subscription app available in Shopify Store. While the app is free but its support is too responsive.

Update: our issue was a weird glitch between Shopify billing and Loop. The Loop team was very helpful in resolving it. And while I can't speak to their software, their customer service is top notch. ---
Careful with the free trial!
Our shop installed the 'free trial'. We deleted it a day after installing when we realized it didn't meet our needs. Then on our next bill from Shopify there was a charge for $399 US for this app. Shopify support can't resolve it because they just pass through the billing of the developer and now we are spending more time getting this charge removed then we ever did on the 'free' trial.
