We have been using Loop Subscriptions since the beginning of this year, and it has greatly simplified managing subscriptions for our veterinary practice. The interface is user-friendly, and the setup process was straightforward. Our Customer Success Manager, Nihal Baldwa, has been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed any support. Overall, Loop Subscriptions has been a reliable solution for recurring payments and client management. I highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline their subscription services.

I've been using Loop for over 4 months and it has been solid. It is flexible and the customer support team are diligent and knowledgable. The support from Manan has been fantastic.

This app does exactly what we need with new features always being developed enabling us to improve our subscription business continuously. Ongoing support provided by Nihal has been extremely useful and has been a major factor in our growth. An excellent app.

Loop customer service is absolutely top-notch. We were using another Loop competitor since we migrated to Shopify and there is no comparison here. From day 1, Loop has provided 'white glove' service to us. They helped with migration, navigated complex workflows, and helped us to do extensive testing to make sure our customers were getting the best experience. They even took the time to understand our business model and made suggestions on ways to help reduce churn and improve retention. I can't recommend this company enough.

I would recommend Loop. I had an issue with a payment being shown as processing for a few days and they were able to rectify everything for me.
