Loop subscriptions is a wonderful tool that is helping streamline our business. Setup is easy and their customer service is quick to respond and always answers our questions in a satisfactory manner. I have only good things to say about them and highly recommend this app to everyone!
I joined Blueprint in October 2024 and this is the only app the business utilizes to support our customers; and to be honest, its wonderful to use as a business partner and as a consumer from what has been shared with customers. I haven't gotten to fully dive into the analytics portion of the app but I do intend too in the coming coming weeks.
For a business perspective: Manan and the team have been absolutely wonderful and extremely efficient with support. And graciously patient as well with providing well rounded support that empowers us even further. Solid teamwork and always kind.

Working with Aayush at Loop has been nothing short of amazing! He is always trying to help improve on retention and many other factors. I wish I would have switched to Loop sooner than I did. If you are looking for a subscription platform I would highly recommend this company.

Loop has been refreshing to work with, and from engineering to product to finance we all highly recommend it. We're not small, and we were on a very well-known subscription platform that wasn't cutting it (too slow to change/evolve/improve, built on outdated architecture, etc.). We ran a competitive process, took a really good look at all the major players and decided on Loop. They've been everything we hoped for: super responsive and nimble in making customizations/improvements, but also stable and secure with never any down time or issues. Just like any tool, they don't have everything built out for every use case in advance, but we're finding more and more that when we want something from Loop that's important to the business, they're either already working on it or can get it on their short-term roadmap. And they actually deliver, vs. our experience in the past where our salesperson and account rep were great but always relied on some committee or team or process, and nothing ever actually got done on a reasonable timeline. Bottom line: you won't regret going with Loop.
Loop is crushing it in the subscription game. They are constantly adding new features and their support is top notch. Do yourself a huge favor and don't make the mistake I did by starting your business with a cheaper subscription app. You will pay for it!
We switched from Recharge to Loop due to better access to features at a significantly lower monthly rate, along with responsive, dedicated account teams. The migration process was seamless, and we've quickly set up new features like dynamic bundles and order-specific customer upsells. Our experience over the past four months has been outstanding, from the migration to the initial strategy recommendations. I highly recommend Loop to anyone evaluating subscription platforms.
