Ok so let me just start with their support team, they are THE BEST, I was working on a website at 5am EST, and I had a bit of an issue installing the app, so I emailed them and they replied so quickly. They fixed and reinstalled the app in a matter of seconds. Thank you guys!!!! I will recommend this app and add it into all the websites I work on if needed.

Update: our issue was a weird glitch between Shopify billing and Loop. The Loop team was very helpful in resolving it. And while I can't speak to their software, their customer service is top notch. ---
Careful with the free trial!
Our shop installed the 'free trial'. We deleted it a day after installing when we realized it didn't meet our needs. Then on our next bill from Shopify there was a charge for $399 US for this app. Shopify support can't resolve it because they just pass through the billing of the developer and now we are spending more time getting this charge removed then we ever did on the 'free' trial.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Loop and the app itself! They are very hands on and organized. The onboarding experience was very smooth, and they went above and beyond every time to get us a solution to any issue. The app itself is very well thought out and addresses many of the gaps that other sub apps have, at least for our use case. Any time we've had a request or suggestion they prioritized it accordingly and are very passionate about improving their product on a regular basis. I also appreciate the balance in features between marketing and processing, so it works well for different department use cases. This is a great solution for small and enterprise companies from what we have seen and experienced. All in all, we highly recommend them!
