I couldn't use the app for the first 14 day trial so I contacted them.
they told me not to worry and my trail would be extended all of the sudden i got an immediate bill off 60$

I took a look at our support logs and I can see that our team has contacted you in the past with a link to extend your trial period. I sent you an additional email now.
In any case, we'll make sure to refund your account and provide your account with an additional trial period so you could check Loox out :)
Keep your eye on your bank. They charge extra. Even after I deleted the app, they continue charging me. I spoke with them, and they refunded me the first time. However, they are still charging me, and right now, I have this problem every month.

The charge you refer to was created before Loox was removed. It might be that an app charge is already included in an invoice before the app is removed and hence still appears after it is uninstalled.
I see that we have refunded you for both charges and that you have uninstalled Loox.
Therefore, Shopify should be stopping all future app charges.
I’ve personally reached out to you regarding your refunds and am happy to continue the conversation with you privately.
Expensive, couldn't customize reviews. We all know how poor the reviews from aliexpress are and we have to import exactly what those words are to our website. So I removed this app from my store. However, there are left codes. Now all of my products are showing 7 reviews even if there's no review at all.

While Loox does not support review editing, our AliExpress importer allows you to disable automatic AliExpress translation and import reviews only from a certain country, or choose not to import a certain review's text.
In regards to any leftover code, when you uninstall Loox, all review widgets and star ratings should be removed from your store automatically.
If for some reason this doesn't happen, we offer a full guide on how to remove any leftover code on our uninstall email.

They increased their prices for shopify stores with orders, it's a review app, not upsell on checkout app guys, i wont pay 100$ for a review app

While we do offer a plan starting at $99.99, this plan includes many advanced features built for big brands and is definitely not the only option available.

Paying 10 euro a month for an app that doesn't even let add a write a review button on my homepage. I'm trying to unsubscribe now and can't. Really overpriced for what it is.

Loox supports adding the button to your homepage reviews widget by selecting a product in the widget's settings on your theme customizer.
Please note that the "Write a review" button needs to be linked to a specific product.

so I joined recently but there were some problem with my shop, they todl me my trail would be extended with 45 days ... never received it

I took a look at our support logs and I can see that one of our team members has sent you a link to activate an extended trial period for your Loox account, which was not clicked.
In any case, I've sent you an additional email now with said link, make sure to click the link to activate the new trial period.

It is ridiculous to have built in limitations on something that shouldn't be limited, such as only 20 review imports from aliexpress for the cheaper plan, and also not allowing you to select an image or just import several of the images that are available. There are literally FREE apps that can do this, but you can't do it on this paid one. No integration with GShopping or instagram unless you get on the most expensive plan. Unbelievably greedy developers! Not happy at all.

I completely understand how stressful it is to get an unexpected charge, however - your claims in this review are not true.
Shopify manages all app charges and billing cycles, not Loox. This means that you cannot be charged without Shopify receiving approval by someone with app permission on your store's account. Our logs indeed show that your store has installed and approved the Loox trial and payment.
If you are not satisfied with your experience - all you need to do it reach out to support and we will refund you. There's no need for making offensive and untrue claims in a negative review.

Please note that Shopify manages all app charges and billing cycles according to their policy here:
When you choose a plan you need to approve payments before starting the trial itself.
Since you approved this payment and finished the free trial, Shopify automatically started an app charge as expected.
I checked Shopify's logs for your store and I can see you chose the $29.99 plan on July 18th, got our 14-day free trial, and was charged as expected on August 1st.
Loox, or any other app, cannot charge you for anything you didn't approve Shopify to charge you.
If you were not satisfied with your trial, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to refund you.
