Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

J'adore vraiment cette application. C'est très utile pour mettre de la confiance sur le site web marchand.

I just started using this app. It sends out automatic requests for reviews or allows me to manually request reviews. It also added a review section to every product page. Loox allows for photo customer review even at its most basic level which didn't seem to be an option with the other apps that I considered. It would be great if customers could submit more than one photo. Maybe this is available in upgraded subscription levels? I'm still learning about Loox but so far I'm off to a good start.

Great app to use for my store. Easy to use and install. A great way to build trust with customer and scale my products

I installed this 2 days ago and in 2 days it has collected more reviews from me than YOPTO has in 2 months. So that is a major plus. Somethings that need improvement/features that would be helpful:

1. Ability to see/preview the email that gets sent and add branding (like logo etc) right now you can tell the app the text you want in the email, but cannot see the email, edit the subject, add logo etc.

2. Page in app to view and moderate all of the reviews that have been submitted.

3. Ability to respond to a review.

So far though very happy with the response given that had the other review system did not get as many reviews sent as I have with LOOX so far. I also like that it lets people comment on the fit/size etc, which is specific to fashion/apparel. I also like that users can attached photos (but it is not required) and that incentives can be offered to encourage feedback.

Most of the features are fine, but the page display is unstable. Moreover, the communication method is also less efficient, and I hope it can be improved in this regard.

This app is simple to use and works great for my store. No major complaints from me. My customers also love the discount for pictures.

i use this app to help me do shipify store , and it is very simple to use , very recommend to use it .
