I used this app and it's awesome. This is the most useful app that I ever use. It helped my store a lot.

Such a great handy app to have.

I researched much more expensive competitors but when it came down to it, Loox does everything I need! Big bonus -- you can email customers up to 3 months backward to populate your site with reviews right away! The only thing missing is the ability to respond to reviews. I'd love to share public comments to reviews where something may have been less than perfect.

This app is awesome in order to obtain social proof. I recommend it 100%. It lets people to attach images to reviews.
