Very efficient support team that provides immediate help when needed ( Thx again ;) ). And probably the best App to collect reviews. Worth the price

After some problems with conficuration, I had the pleasure of being contacted by David who solved my problem in a clear and explanatory way (screenshot of the manipulation to be done), he even carried out certain manipulations himself, all in the good mood. Loox's customer service and assistance is top notch (response within 5-15 min). a big thank you to everyone who helped me at loox

Great app. Support could be a bit more responsive though.

Good app but shuldn't be that expensive. It has good features and allows store owners to colect reviews which is good for long term.
