Amazing app! A lot of options for the comments if you are ready to do some work :)
You can manually import 500 reviews for each product if you investigate a little

Overpriced for what it is. There is better alternatives for a cheaper price, although Loox has been going the longest. The import AliExpress reviews feature is weak, only allows for 100 reviews at a time, and you can only import one of the images not multiple per review. The worst part is that you can't edit the text of the reviews, rendering most the aliexpress reviews as useless, because they are written in terrible grammar/translated and hurt your credibility more than they help. The app has a long history and credibility, although there is nothing special about this app that makes it stand out, and the competition is evolving much faster at a much better rate. Disappointed.

I had this app with another store of mine and just love it!! The ease of setting up and the way my reviews display is perfect but I closed my store and needed to transfer my reviews to the new store and had a little trouble. All of my reviews didn’t transfer and to be honest I was okay with the 100+ that did. Support reached out to me and asked why I deleted app and I explained. The next think I know support contacted me saying they transferred all reviews over FOR ME That’s excellent customer service. Love this app and highly recommend

Needed help setting up my review carousel on my home page and Chester solved it for me in less than 5 minutes. I rate their customer service 5 stars.

Only negative thing about this app is the lack of customization available. I wish the emails were more customizable as well as the look of the reviews on my website. Also, when selecting your options in the settings, they don't show photos of what it would look like (ex: selecting 'rounded corners' instead of 'sharp corners' but you can't see the difference between the two until you save it and look at your website)
