Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Laurence was fantastic. I had been struggling to fix an issue on my website all day. Once I sent in the message, I figured I would hear back from customer service in about 24hrs. Nope. Right away Laurence fixed my issue and followed up. This happened in a matter of about 10mins from first contact. This contact wasn’t by phone so I was super impressed. Great job team.

I use the Loox app within my shopify store to interact better with my customers and future customers. Loox has everything i was looking for in a good review app and i also think the priceplan is really good. Setup is so easy, the support is quick, awesome and professional. And a big plus for me are the translation parts. Keep up the great work!
