I absolutely love LOOX so far. Support has been helpful as well. I moved over from a popular reviews app and migrating was so easy. I wanted to offer my customers more than a review but to show off their purchases with pictures if they like to be social.

I had a really great experience with this app on my old store. So now I still choose loox as the review app for my new store. It's very user-friendly and marketing-wise. And their customer service is also exceptional! Lots of thanks to Channelle for patiently helping me solve the issue very quickly and making the widget even perfect for my store branding!
AMAZING APP SO FAR, but for some reason the reviews wont appear on my store. not sure why, but ill have to find out

I just wanted to send a quick follow-up regarding the review you left on the Shopify app store for Loox.
I took a look at your product pages and it seems as if the reviews widget appears as expected on my end, please try to refresh the page without using the cached version of the site by pressing Ctrl+F5 (on Mac: ⌘+R ) and check again :)
