Wir nutzen diese App bei Sennheiser in vielen unserer Shops. Neues Pricingmodell ist leider mehr als 4 x so teuer bei gleicher Leistung. Prinzipiell ok, aber mir persönlich zu undurchsichtig und nicht zu überblicken. App an sich ist wirklich gut. Discount settings für refferal program fehlen. Codes gelten auf alle Produkte und können nicht über collection eingeschränkt werden.

It's a great way to reconnect with the customers - I love the customization option and the ability to reply directly to the customer. It really builds confidence for the buyer when making a purchase on our store.
I had some issues but jodel from the customer support fixed literally every issue for me. I emailed at 10pm at night and he solved and replied to me and got everything fixed by 11pm. Highly recommend
