We’ve been using Loox for a while now and honestly it’s been great. Setup was easy, the widgets look clean, and photo reviews make a big difference in trust compared to text-only reviews.

Everything runs smoothly in the background - review requests go out, reminders work, and we don’t really have to think about it, which is exactly what you want from an app like this. It integrates well with our theme and hasn’t caused any performance issues.

Support has also been responsive the few times we’ve needed help, which we appreciate.

What can I say? Loox did not disappoint! I initially chose Loox because I loved the features they offered and the overall aesthetic...it just looked right and fit my brand well. I was able to seamlessly add the app to my website and it was super easy to set up and customize. The built-in features like media uploads and discounts for customers who leave a review genuinely encourage engagement and repeat customers. However, what stood out the most, was their customer support. As a small business owner, that meant everything to me. They truly went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied, even offering extra support and perks and honoring their word - integrity. That kind of service is rare and honestly a blessing. La mejor app de reseñas, hemos probado muchas y para nosotros es la mejor, puedes editar todo el contenido de como aparecen tus reseñas, añadir fotos o videos y colocar en la pagina de producto las estrellas donde desees, es muy intuitiva y el equipo de atención al cliente muy rápido y resolutivo.

App works great, been using it for years. Support is always responsive, Rina helped me today and helped fix a couple issues when we changed over to our new template very quickly.
