Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Been using Loox for about 2 years, this is our first review.

Recently, we were having some issues integrating the reviews widget into an updated theme, and there were some code changes I was unable to spot or make on my own.

Laurence assisted promptly and got the issue solved in a few hours, great support there from Loox.

Thank you very much for Liz's help! I spent a long time searching online without resolving the issue, but Liz solved it easily in just a few minutes. She is truly very, very professional and fast! I hope Liz’s higher-ups can give her a raise (or a bonus)!

Love Loox Reviews! We used it for years seamlessly. We updated our theme and I had so many issues trying to integrate the new theme to the app myself, I emailed them and had a reply from Jodel almost instantly. The completely set up the theme and fixed everything that I was messing with in literally less than 30 minutes. Loox and Jodel gave some of the next custom support I have ever received from a Shopify app! So easy to work with!

Great app, and when I had a problem adding a Rating Widget, Rain responded promptly, advised me on what I needed to do, and did the bits I couldn't do. Very happy with their help.

Ive ised loox on a couple of my stores and ive always been suer happy with the product and the support around it. I recently had a code issue with displaying star ratings on product cards and Sara from Loox support not only figured out the issue but implemented it as well. Excellent customer service!
