Customer support has been immaculate so far. Ken and Jodel on the team answered all of my emails almost immediately, one at 4 am and another at noon the next day. Super easy to integrate so far, and looks great out of the box.

Loox has excellent customer service team - Mara from customer support was especially responsive and helpful.

Abbiamo installato l'app facilmente, importato le review ottenute in precedenza e pubblicato in brevissimo tempo la maggior parte dei widget a disposizione. La presentazione e versatilità sono eccezionali, vero valore aggiunto al nostro store. Unico neo che ho trovato: i widget ci mettono un po' troppo a caricare e quindi questo porta lo store a non essere stabile in fase di caricamento iniziale della pagina.
