So far very promising. Easy to set up and fast good customer service. Love that you can get image reviews.
Just downloaded the app, we'll see how it goes. Have heard lots of great things. Hopefully it does well for us.
I would give their product reviews 5 stars, but because it doesn't work for seller ratings as well I have to give it only 3 stars. It works really easy for us and the customer, and having images with the reviews is awesome. Not having the ability to go backwards to get past reviews is a miss as well.

Generally speaking, Loox supports sending review request emails to your customers who purchased before Loox was installed going back up to 90 days, free of charge!
That way you can jumpstart your store's social proof with reviews from previous happy customers, and increase conversion rates!
In addition, if you have any reviews you previously collected, we also support importing those reviews using our CSV spreadsheet template.
In regards to seller ratings, Loox currently supports product reviews alone in order to concentrate our efforts on increasing conversion rates on the product pages and creating strong social proof that will convince customers to buy your products.
With that being said, we're constantly looking for new ways to improve our product and we take our users feedback and requests into deep consideration!

Fantastic tool with brilliant support.
Shoutout in particular to Sara (Technical Support Engineer), Tamarry (Technical Support Engineer) and Chester (Customer Support) were all very helpful and quickly resolved our technical problem over the weekend.
I love this app. It is super user friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone running a business on shopify. The automation features to collect reviews are excellent. The assistance I had from Jemuel was super helpful
