The Loox app is essential for anyone looking to build a credible and trustworthy product store. The team has been outstanding in their support with my account. I had the pleasure of working with, Jodel, who was very attentive to solving my issues.

I am currently on a trial with Loox after being on Junip for a few months. I had issues with set-up and migrating reviews over and Laurence from the support team was so quick to help and resolved my issue within an hour (whaaaat?!). Overall, the process has been so easy to set-up and edit without the help of a developer. No code install needed. Very intuitive UI. Will definitely be staying on as a customer!
