Had issues syncing reviews to my products so emailed support. Connected with Jodel who literally answered ne within minutes and sorted my issues out by connecting the reviews, the star ratings and also deleting the shopify bot reviews! From start to finish about 20 minutes! Now thats what you call excellent customer service!
