Great Job Team! Thanks a lot. We have used AliReviews in the past, but they made an update to their product and we lost all of our reviews. Loox saved us.
Great app. Very easy to import reviews and very helpful. Even I just use it in free trial, it almost provide all the functions I need.
I've just installed this app, and so far I love it. It has integrated with the site easily. The stars show up on the site, encouraging site visitors to write a review. And I love the options to prompt reviewers with specific questions.
My request at this point is that it will become easy to edit font styling so that the text will match what is on the rest of the site.

Terrible support Team. Ask them to delete all code related to Loox. They said they did it. Eventually, they did not do their job properly, which caused issues on my theme that I was not able to sell my products. Lost sales of days. Really angry with them

New to this. I used Loox in developing my new store upon the advice of my instructors. It was easy to use to get the reviews that I needed. No problems at all.
I really like the app, it is easy to use and looks great. Also the customer service is always great ! Will definitely recommend
Easy to use, the description to use is clear and simple. I was thinking it was going to be a lot of work importing reviews for my product but with look it was super smooth. I love this app, saves lot of time and effort.
