This is such a great app! It has great additional features such as refer a friend, and offering rewards for photo and video reviews. Within the first 24 hours of installing Loox we had 16 new reviews! This level of reviews collected in the same timeframe was impossible with Trustpilot. Customer service is great too, Rotem in particular. He was able to quickly assist me with accidentally duplicated reviews.
I’m thrilled with this app! It offers outstanding value for money and is incredibly reliable. New tools and features are regularly added, keeping it fresh and functional. I was especially impressed with the quick assistance in implementing the review stars.
