gets the job done, easy to use

Straight forward set up and did exactly what it said it would! Cant ask for more

I have gotten more reviews in the last week than I have ever gotten using Judge.Me. I also like being able to clearly display my customers pictures that they upload.

Had an issue and needed help on how to import reviews so i contacted Loox support team and Aya was so amazing as she taught me through it.

Loox has increased the number of customers leaving reviews, period. It was easy to install and implement, and the emails sent post-purchase to solicit reviews work. When I needed assistance with a unique request, the team helped quickly, efficiently, and with a great, friendly attitude. Hats off to Liz, Jemuel, and Aya for their outstanding work!
