Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

I have been loving this app and the customer support is great! I had a billing question and talked to Jemuel who helped me out within minutes of me sending a customer support email. I love an app that has such quick and easy customer service!

more options for the scale plan. i'm at the point to scale it's just very pricey if your just getting started. But again lots of small companies rely on the connectivity of shopify and google and to have to pay for a premium upgrade might not help us grow

I am very impressed! We had an issue on our post checkout page. The Loox Team, from the beginning were quick to respond and escalate it right to Ilan, the Technical Support Engineer and his tech team, who then took care of it immediately. It was a very smooth process. I am very happy with Loox customer service and the App is awesome as well! : ) Very easy to setup. Thank you Ilan and team! : )
