Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Loox has been a great addition to our e-commerce site for collecting photo reviews! Also, anytime I've had a question from customer support, they have answered quickly and clearly!

This app is perfect for people looking to get reviews up quickly. Very good user interface and easy to use. Also fairly priced and offers features.

Standout point is customer service. Liz was absolutely excellent and handled all my requests (including custom code).

The reviews can not be displayed, so I contacted the customer service, Aya, who is very responsive and help me fix the problem.

Loox makes adding and customizing reviews through out your store simple and easy, and the service is fantastic. Big shout out to Jodel, customer service team lead, who remained accessible even over the weekend and provided clear, fool proof help with understanding how to navigate loox.
