so easy to use! no need to do something on my template, unlike other apps. very good for beginners like me.
The product is great, but the customer service is even more fantastic! They are quick to respond. One time, they went above and beyond to fix something not even related to their app. Highly recommend!
the reviews cannot be imported, customer service shirks responsibility, does not solve the problem. bad APP

Our support team explained why your reviews were not able to import within a few hours of your ticket being submitted.
All your reviews that followed our guidelines were imported as expected.
There was a clear reason that the reviews without text could not be imported and this was explained.

Loox has been a great integration to our store as we’re able to showcase our products that our customers loved. There are a lot of features for managing the content and for more advanced settings, you’ll need to work with HTML codes. But no worries if you’re not an expert on these as Loox’s customer support is there to help! They were more than willing to assist us with our concerns.

super easy to install and customers always receive the review request emails in their inbox translated to portuguese from Brazil. nothing to complain, app is the best and easy to use.
