It doesnt seem to allow you to cancel. I deleted the app and I am still getting charged. The app is unnecessary. Professional stores don't have reviews.

was better before, we had more features and freedom. Everything has to be paid now, it's a shame but let's see how they change it

This app just doesn't do it for me. Opinew is way better. 1. They advertise a 9.99/mo but there is no option for that after you install it. 2. There is no editing of the comment. So if you have 15 reviews on a product, you end up deleting half of them due to poor english and negative words. 3. The widgets dont show. needs better customer support and needs to look at their competitors features because this app is heavily lacking. there is no way to edit the reviews once they are on the site and there is no way to bulk hide or remove old reviews from your store if you are trying to update it with new ones. after submitting a customer service request it has been 5 hours now since i had authorized them to remove ...

Great product on almost all fronts except for the fact that you can't add the review rating widget to product cards. How that's even a thing is beyond me.
