I contacted the support to put a star rating on the product page and collection page, the support edited my theme's code immediately. Problem solved in just a matter of 5 minutes. I am amazed by the fast response and workmanship of Jodel from Loox.
The feedback from customers has been awesome. It helps to establish trust with new customers and increase conversion rates.
We use this app to build trust. Our product is prone to much user error as its a live product. Loox helps our customers get a better sense of how it is used in the home and the photos develop of a sense of community within a small landing page. Loox itself is very easy to use and lots of options to customize.

Great app to create social proof (best one out there for best reviews) and great customer support! Highly recommend!
Really good so far it integrates very well and allows alot of extra space for added features and such
