Just switched to Loox and i'm very happy with this app. Reviews look great on my shop, customer service is fast. Would definitely recommend

I have been using this app for 3 month or so, It has been an awesome app. Costumer service has been exceptional. I give it 10 Stars.

I was hesitant to add the app to my shop. It took awhile for me to learn how to use the app to my advantage. But, I must write that throughout my frustration the staff at Loox was exceptional, courteous, and informative. I was going to give up, but they continuously reached out to correct my mistakes. Words cannot describe the pleasure and ease to work with the customer service. I love looking through my review page. Thank you,

It really helps with the trust part, more when you're a new store and people don't know you brand that much.

Abby @ Loox helped me to sync the meta data of reviews after we migrated our products. The response from Loox's first tier support and 2nd tier support are very quick and effective. I am happily impressed.

Best review app on the market. Love it! I use it for all my stores. Amazing integrations with so many tools we use as well.
