Loox ‑ Product Reviews App

Great app that does what it says it does! Easy to use, clean interface. The one downside is that there's no way of disabling the built-in request email so that I can use something like Klaviyo to handle the entire flow instead, but this is relatively minor.

Loving this app so far. So easy to set up and use, very customizable and the free trial is long enough to decide which features you really need or can go without. The great thing is it lets you send review requests to the customers purchased up 3 months back. A must have app for any store that wants to build customers trust!

After only using the Loox app for about two months, we are very pleased with how many new reviews we've collected, and we have loved being able to collect photo reviews, as well. Having our review request emails automated has been a time-saver for our team, and the review request emails have been successful in getting customers to leave reviews.
The support that we have received from the Loox team has been incredible. We've had a couple of needs with code updates, and their support team is always very responsive and able to resolve any concerns or updates quicker than expected. This has been a very worthwhile app for us!
