These guys have the best and fastest customer support of ANY of the Shopify apps I have EVER used, and they fix the problems every time!! Good work guys- you set a wonderful example for us all :)
I think Loox Product Reviews App is one of the best shopify app for reviews for your store. I been using it for years now. The support team is just awesome!

We use the Advanced plan and couldn't be happier. We also sell on Etsy and are able to import our Etsy reviews onto our Shopify website. This is definitely a game changer for our website!

love it! i recommended that everyone uses it. super easy to integrate with shopify and mega easy and fast for consumers to use. loads slow

Why are customers not allowed to upload multiple photos and videos? Amazon allows this, time to update!

Loox puts the focus on collecting genuine reviewer content by helping merchants incentivize their customers to submit a photo or video review.
However, we are constantly working on improving our app to give more value to merchants!
We’ve recently released video reviews and we’re definitely looking into adding multiple photos per review in the future as well.

This was recommended to me to get more sales and it is pretty cool :) This will help me a lot of course.
The app does get photo reviews for our site but its supposed to also get video reviews but we have never been able to get a single one.
