I would give their product reviews 5 stars, but because it doesn't work for seller ratings as well I have to give it only 3 stars. It works really easy for us and the customer, and having images with the reviews is awesome. Not having the ability to go backwards to get past reviews is a miss as well.

Generally speaking, Loox supports sending review request emails to your customers who purchased before Loox was installed going back up to 90 days, free of charge!
That way you can jumpstart your store's social proof with reviews from previous happy customers, and increase conversion rates!
In addition, if you have any reviews you previously collected, we also support importing those reviews using our CSV spreadsheet template.
In regards to seller ratings, Loox currently supports product reviews alone in order to concentrate our efforts on increasing conversion rates on the product pages and creating strong social proof that will convince customers to buy your products.
With that being said, we're constantly looking for new ways to improve our product and we take our users feedback and requests into deep consideration!

Very good app, I raccomend it to everybody who want start an e-commerce o dropshipping business. The quality of the reviewes is quite high, but the best thing is the possibility to add the customer product's images.
I am very satisfied with this app. I can really improve your product page and make social proof as well.

Very easy to use. You also have many options to decide where and how to display the widget on your site. The support is very responsive as well. We have a problem showing the rating after updating our theme. After contacting the service, a representative(Jodel) helped me out in an hour.
This app has made getting customer reviews very easy. I highly recommend for a small business looking for a simple solution.
