All customer-facing widgets and emails support multiple language support which can be set-up through your Loox admin.
Whenever a new review is submitted, you receive an email that notifies you about it and allows you to approve (or reject) that review directly through the email.
Additionally, you can choose to auto-approve all reviews or only reviews of a certain ratings automatically.

Works like a charm! The only function I miss is mass importing reviews without reviewing each review. If that was an options I would definitely give 5 stars.
Chester has been helpful when I needed assistance. The app is good. Given the entry-level is paid and not a free plan, I would have liked some more features for this money, such as referrals included, and most notably more customization to make the reviews email etc match the brand and its colours. Other than that, the app works well so far and integrates with most of the apps I use.
