I Loox and how easy it is to use. It's amazing. I'd recommend Loox to anyone that has a Shopify store.

Been using Loox for a while now after being with Yotpo for over a year. You get much better value for money with Loox (atleast for the number of orders our store does) in comparison. For example Yotpo will try charge you a fortune to have Google Ads functionality whereas Loox is much cheaper.

Only downside I have is one which I have just come across. The app only allows for translation of the customer review content via Weglot only. Weglot is a paid for service. You should really be integrating with Shopifys Native "Translate & Adapt".

this app really had a great features, although im not having a reviews yet, but im sure this will kick up my sales conversion

We are getting good responses and positive reviews. The customer service has also been great. No bugs or issues with it to date.

We use this app to collect honest reviews from customers which help us constantly improve on our products and services. Their customer support is also really great! They have a detailed FAQ page where you can find a lot of information. And also reply within 24 hours (for email inquiries) and Dor (from their customer service team) really made sure that no question was left unanswered. I do hope that in the future, email designs can be more personalized, and more of its functions can be integrated with Klaviyo.
