Very great app and great customer service! This was the only app that actually had the reviews like I wanted and didn't force you to pay on the spot for reviews. Thank you Loox :)

Great alternative to Yotpo and Reviews.io as it is much cheaper and provides the same functionality. Yotpo is also frustrating to use because it loads extremely slow. That's not the case with Loox... Absolutely love it so far!
Jemuel was awesome! He told me exactly what needed to be done, for him to assist with the issue and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Maybe sooner. I appreciate the support!
I feel like this app engages in my customers and helps with my conversion rate. But it is little pricey
