Loox is one of the best review apps I’ve ever used! It’s very easy to install and operate, allowing me to effortlessly collect real customer feedback and beautifully display it on my store. Since using it, I’ve clearly noticed an improvement in my conversion rate.
What impressed me the most is the customer support team, especially George, who was incredibly patient and helpful in solving my issues and offering practical suggestions. It feels like I’m not just using a tool, but working with a reliable partner.
App works great, been using it for years. Support is always responsive, Rina helped me today and helped fix a couple issues when we changed over to our new template very quickly.
Great app but they charge you EXTRA $40 FOR EVERY 300 orders after the first 300. Without any notice I got big bill due to Black Friday sales.
Compared to the competition this is like 40x the price. changing to another app and recommend to anyone with more than 300 orders to BEWARE.
