Loqate Address Validation

We've have used Loqate address services for many years and this new app has been on our Shopify store for a while now. It's been an invaluable tool for improving and streamlining the checkout process for customers.

The app provides fast and accurate address suggestions for our UK-based customers, ensuring they can quickly lookup their addresses by simply entering a postcode or beginning to type their full addresses (or a mixture of both!). This has reduced the number of issues with incorrect or partial addresses significantly.

One thing to note is the location biasing feature, which prioritizes returned addresses based on proximity to the customer. I'm not sure this feature is necessary and I've seen that it's not 100% accurate when the addresses are listed in a seemingly random order, but it always provides the correct address somewhere in the results.

Customer support has been responsive and helpful on the rare occasion we've had a question or needed assistance.

Overall, this app has been a great addition to our website, and I would highly recommend it to any business looking to improve their address accuracy and Shopify checkout experience.
