Although we haven't officially launched our Loyalty programme yet, the setup process has been easy to follow, it looks great, and the customer service has been fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly by real people, and they can even assist with the full setup if needed.

From our research, Love Loyalty offers a wide range of features, including tier options, at a much more affordable price than many of the larger apps. We're looking forward to launching it later this month!

As a beauty and cosmetics store, building customer loyalty is everything for us, and this app delivers exactly what we needed. The POS integration is a game-changer - we can finally reward our customers seamlessly whether they shop online or visit us in store. Setup took a bit of learning, but the ability to fully customize rewards and points to match our brand made it absolutely worth it.
