Our onboarding experience was so great! Our rep, Freya Morrison, was so resposive and helped us every step of the way! Seriously couldn't have had a better experience setting up our Loyalty Program.

We've loved switching over to LoyaltyLion and working with Vicky as a CSM! She has been extremely helpful with recommendations to help us get some quick wins, as well as helping to think of longer-term improvements. In general Loyalty Lions support team has been extremely helpful and gives great step-by-step instructions on how to use their platform and make any customizations.

Vicky has been SO wonderful as our new CSM! She has listened to our teams needs and helped us hone in on the low hanging fruit that bring quick wins for our program. On top of having a great CSM on our side, Loyalty Lion also has a lot of helpful resources that make adopting new program features easy and attainable. Thank you Vicky and LL team for listening to your clients and rolling out new features and platform improvements that matter!

Loyalty Lion is exactly what we needed from a rewards program - offering currency conversion, as well as many other features which their competitors could not. From sales to onboarding with Jason (who's fantastic, by the way), we've been incredibly well supported in bringing our dream loyalty program to life. It's become a great asset to our company and the response of our customer base has been phenomenal.

We love working with Loyalty Lion! Their platform is by far the best rewards program out there. Their team is super helpful and very kind. They only want to see your rewards program succeed, so they do whatever they can to help. There's some slight issues with developers not being available if you need something fixed, so it can be a little manual in that way. Otherwise, we love Loyalty Lion and wouldn't use anyone else for my rewards program.

Great app if you want a loyalty program, very helpful team- been using them for a long time. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a loyalty program, I would not recommend a better company. Lots of useful features and automation

The onboarding support that we received throughout the integration of the app with our store was excellent: the team were accessible, swift with their communication and extremely helpful. The app itself has only been running for a short while, so too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but first impressions are good and we like the fact that we can customise certain elements to make the look our own, and we also like that integrates with our mail program.

I've been using LoyaltyLion for about two years now for two different organization. It's a really great and easy to use platform. It's so user friendly, which really helps when there's training cross-functionally! It's also a great platform if you're running an international rewards program, as you can easily toggle between each country you're managing. I've been able to set up an entire new loyalty rewards program as well as revamp one for a different brand through this! Their CSMs are also incredibly responsive. Our rep especially, Hannah Cook, has been absolutely amazing at helping us through a really intense relaunch of our program, putting absolute care and thoughtfulness into the relaunch as if it were her own brand. She has been an amazing extension of our team!

The app works seamlessly with our site and for our customers. It's got quite a few customizable options to fit your needs and help docs for easy set up. The LL team is very responsive when you need their support and is friendly. Our account manager (Ellie B.) is pretty awesome! Friendly, super helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable.
