We just started working with LL, the onboarding process was easy and Sammy from the onboarding team was very helpful throughout the whole thing. He gave us personalised recommendations and ensured that the setup of our program matched our needs.

Great app if you want a loyalty program, very helpful team- been using them for a long time. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a loyalty program, I would not recommend a better company. Lots of useful features and automation

Vicky has been SO wonderful as our new CSM! She has listened to our teams needs and helped us hone in on the low hanging fruit that bring quick wins for our program. On top of having a great CSM on our side, Loyalty Lion also has a lot of helpful resources that make adopting new program features easy and attainable. I've been using LoyaltyLion for about two years now for two different organization. It's a really great and easy to use platform. It's so user friendly, which really helps when there's training cross-functionally! It's also a great platform if you're running an international rewards program, as you can easily toggle between each country you're managing. I've been able to set up an entire new loyalty rewards program as well as revamp one for a different brand through this! Their CSMs are also incredibly responsive. Our rep especially, Hannah Cook, has been absolutely amazing at helping us through a really intense relaunch of our program, putting absolute care and thoughtfulness into the relaunch as if it were her own brand. She has been an amazing extension of our team!

Loyalty Lion has been great for our store. We have used it for about a year and are now even restructuring our loyalty program to make it work even better for us. Hannah has been amazing the whole way through. Having several meetings with us to review how the program is doing and how we can improve it. She is also always there to help us with any technical difficulties.

We continue to have success with this rewards platform. Recently, we've really ramped up our usage of the offerings and continue to have our needs met and then some. The team and our account manager are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our account manager (Vicky) has really helped push us forward to use more functions within the platform and expand our program. She's great!

The onboarding support that we received throughout the integration of the app with our store was excellent: the team were accessible, swift with their communication and extremely helpful. The app itself has only been running for a short while, so too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but first impressions are good and we like the fact that we can customise certain elements to make the look our own, and we also like that integrates with our mail program.
