We've loved switching over to LoyaltyLion and working with Vicky as a CSM! She has been extremely helpful with recommendations to help us get some quick wins, as well as helping to think of longer-term improvements. In general Loyalty Lions support team has been extremely helpful and gives great step-by-step instructions on how to use their platform and make any customizations.

Loyalty Lion is exactly what we needed from a rewards program - offering currency conversion, as well as many other features which their competitors could not. From sales to onboarding with Jason (who's fantastic, by the way), we've been incredibly well supported in bringing our dream loyalty program to life. It's become a great asset to our company and the response of our customer base has been phenomenal.

Libby was very helpful through the whole onboarding process, with prompt replies to any questions we had during the setup even with the large time difference !

We have just launched so havent seen huge results as of yet but very excited to see where we end up with a couple more tweaks to the program, everything looks promising so far. Good amount of intergrations to work with.

We're currently implementing Loyalty Lion and we're having an amazing experience -especially because of Jonathan's great service during our onboarding process. He's extremely friendly and patient - and super serviceminded. It's a pleasure working with him and Loyalty Lion and we're super exited to finally launch our loyalty programme in the nearest future.

Everyone at Loyalty Lion has been amazing to work with from launch to maintenance. Hannah has been a great strategic partner assisting us in finding creative, tactical ways to leverage the program to meet our company goals. Loyalty Lion's offering allows for unique customization in order to cater to one's customer base exactly how you see fit. The team has been super helpful in answering all of our questions and helping create an offering that is set up for success.

Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.
