The onboarding support that we received throughout the integration of the app with our store was excellent: the team were accessible, swift with their communication and extremely helpful. The app itself has only been running for a short while, so too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but first impressions are good and we like the fact that we can customise certain elements to make the look our own, and we also like that integrates with our mail program.

We had been searching for a rewards program that would meet our requirements. We tested out at least 4 different applications on Shopify and none of them did what we needed it to do. Loyalty Lion, on the other hand, was easy to customize and had the features we required. The support team is very responsive and we were not tied to an annual payment contract. I recommend Loyalty Lion if you want a robust rewards system.

Loyalty Lion is a great App. Everything went very easy. The customer service is on point and the onboarding managers had an answer for every problem.
So far so good. The best part is my customers can redeem their points and discount code will automatically populate in check out.
We have just started using Loyalty Lion. The onboarding so far was very easy and Mags from Loyalty Lion has been very helpful. We are now looking forward to the first results with Loyalty Lion.

We needed a seamless integration looking at loyalty reward options for our customer site with Limited Run Games. Their account and support team was on point helping with integration, coaching, and general correspondence.
Ultimately, we decided a loyalty program for our site our customer base was ideal at the time- but that didn't reflect at all on the quality of their platform as we feel it was top notch and very easy to use.
If we decide to go back to one- we would certainly come back to Loyalty Lion. Would definitely recommend : )

Our onboarding process was well organized and we had a good start with the program. In case of any quesions we get quick and competent support. LoyaltyLion is easy to use and I also find the help articles very detailed and helpful.
Great experience, great tool, great people. Easy onboarding process with knowledgeable reps and easy to use interface. Will require an HTML skills to update automatic emails, but if you're engaging customers through email already you'll be fine. 5/5, would use again.
