Jonathan was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty app. We were missing the ability to use gift cards as a reward. This feature was available from our previous app due to a limitation from Shopify that was recently lifted. He pushed to get that feature implemented for us and it will be live for us next week!
One thing I wish they would improve is the email editor. It could use a bit of a refresh as the default emails look really dated and the editor is really basic. Most of the emails can be sent via Klaviyo but it looks like the referral email can't. However, you can customize it to your heart's content if you know HTML/CSS.

Very expensive and all the better features are more. That being said it is worth the money. It is a great program and offers a lot of features that make it worth the cost.
I do wish the in cart additions and a bit more customization was available but I do enjoy the customer service and it makes the program valuable.

Had their app install and so far loving it. Their customers support is good too. I pay attention to an app developer customer service than their products itself. I love the fact that they let you select other functions that you want for $5 to $10 without forcing anyone to upgrade to the $159 plan. I have installed over 5 loyalty reward app before uninstalling them and selected with loyaltylion program.
I honestly don't mind paying those extras dollars to get the features I want to add to my program. How much you pay is up to you,otherwise you can just use it for free. Good work to the loyaltylion teams. Keep making awesome apps.

Amazing customer service team to help you through your requests and issues. Overall a good app, just wish that the app could have more automated features and a better experience over the POS system.

Have been trying to remove app from my store for days now and cancel my subscription. There’s no way to remove the app yourself with out the developer contacting you first . I’ve left several message with the app that I want to cancel my subscription and remove the app from my store but I’m being ignored . This app is very expensive over $400 a month and impossible to remove once installed . Shopify support is no help on this issue either . Please cancel my subscription and remove the app from my store .

When Is signed up they said someone will help me install, none of that happened, and the chat is also not very helpful :-( The app itself very good but the support not very!
