There was a bug in the system that meant that discount codes were not auto-populating on customer profiles. Hannah Cook, with the assistance of the Technical Team, sorted the issue for us quickly and efficiently.

New to Loyaltylion, we are still exploring the App but so far it is a robust and user-friendly app. The integration and services are working smoothly. Also, our Onboarding manager Libby is very helpful and supportive.

Be careful, there is no way to cancel. And once you try you'll get the runaround by one sales persona after another.

We are really happy with our new loyalty program. After investing some time in the front end we managed to have a customized page that represents not only our brand but also provides a lot of benefits to our loyal customer base.

Just launched our program and it was surprisingly easy. Our Loyalty Lion onboarding manager Jonathan McCarthy went above and beyond and provided more help and resources than we even needed. So far so good! We'll see how well it augments our profits in a few months from now but so far it's been easy, seamless with shopify, and our customers haven't had too many CS issues. Great app so far! Everything seems to be working great and I like the fact that there is a small tab at the bottom of the window where people can join the loyalty program. I hope this will get me some returning customers in the future!

New to LoyaltyLion but I am very excited to see how this does for my business. The set up is very easy and I love their billing options!

I like that this app has a free version and then you can add options that you actually need. It still runs pretty steep in the end but we are currently deciding on all the options we are going to start with, so we'll see how we go. However, a widget wasn't showing up on the Streamline (shopify) theme but I contacted the support (Sophie was very helpful) and they fixed it straight away. So currently have no problems with it. Will update when we actually start using it with customers.

We paid a premium for their best plan and highest level of implementation help. Unfortunately the program is still not working and the message I just got from customer service was: "we are UK based and it is now Friday evening, therefore the developers will not be able to do this until after the weekend."

I do wish that I could cancel the plan and get my money back. Unfortunately I was foolish enough to pay for a year upfront.

The tragedy is that the platform really does show some promise--the failure is mostly with the support staff and how they deal with issues, and the lack of support outside of UK business hours.
