It is our first time trying this app. It was very easy to use and appears very user friendly. So far so good. You can't go wrong and the enhancements idea is great so that you only pay for what you need. I am positive this loyalty program will make our customers happy.

so easy to install and the must for any ecomerce.
If you want a chance as a start up you have to give rewards and referral.
Rewards will get you loyalty from your customers and referrals.

This a great app! This will definitely help with customer loyalty. I like the fact that there is a trial period.

I tried a few loyalty and refer-a-friend apps, but Loyalty Lion is by far the most well-built app I've seen. Clean dashboard and widgets, easy to set up with clear guides on what to do next. I'm sure I'm going to attract a few more sales because of it.

Ottima app. Per i clienti italiani informo che tutte le scritte che volete far apparire sul vostro sito o le email sono modificabili e in italiano. Il pannello amministrativo rimane in inglese ma è semplice da utilizzare. Se avete bisogno di aiuto, grazie alla chat, avrete tutte le info possibili. Molto attenti e disponibili. Not a great start. We have installed the app and we are stuck on the onboarding screen which we cannot switch off. There is no "x" or "close" button. Chat support exists but they are replying very slowly and unwilling to help. It has been the second day of "using" or even not using the app and we cannot do anything.
