Loyalty Lion is a great app and has great support!! It's really easy to contact the support team and they give an immediate response! It's a great app even on the free plan. This rewards program has made my sales go up and my customers keep coming back to build up points. I really recommend it :)
Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.

Although I haven't opened my store yet, I feel that this app will be a great service to my loyal customers. I've always enjoyed shopping at stores that provide reward points that add up towards dollars that I could use towards future purchases. This app allows me to do the same for my customers. Thanks for making this affordable for shops that are just starting out.

So far we are absolutely loving the customer service with Loyalty Lion. I hope once we launch we can continue to get the support . So far I am extremely impressed and excited to launch this. Once it gets going we will definitely update our review.
Our team at Dachshund Lovers Online found it easy to install and navigation was great experience Encountered no issues during installation.
Installed the program about 4 months ago, but the feedback from clients is very poor. Contacted the sales rep who sold it to me and asked 2 questions:
1. If we can analyse the bad performance together, but very disappointing I was being told LoyaltyLion doesn't do "performance" calls. This was the same person I spoke to about 40 times before signing up for one year.
2. Asked him how can I cancel my subscription (don't want any unexpected auto-renewals) and again very disappointing I was told I need to contact support.
Contacted support few days ago but until now no answer.
Find it kind of strange all this companies where you can not actually cancel what you signed for with a click of a button.
3. The widget button covers the call to action on my cart drawer, asked them how can I move the widget up and I was told at the moemnt this is not possible.
To sumarize: cancelation policy not very clear, program doesn't perform well and the widget button covers the Checkout button !
Very, very disapointed ! Don't recommend this app !
