Our main reason for going w/this app over some of the others available was the analytics/reports feature. That part of the program is essential. Price is great. Easy install and set-up. We were able to have a simple rewards program up and running quickly. User friendly walk-through for creating bulk coupon codes as well. Responsive design is clean and non-intrusive to the mobile shopper. Love that you can customize the color scheme to go with your store colors. Heard there is a reviews integration in the future - definitely looking forward to that!

Had several communications with the customer support team over the course of our first week and they were SUPER helpful, quick to respond and always cheerful (even when it was my mistake!).

Definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy-to-run (for you) and easy-to-use (for customer) loyalty program.

We’ve had a great experience working with LoyaltyLion for our Rewards program for the last two years. As a beauty retailer on Shopify, LL was extremely easy to set up. It gave us the flexibility to create a compelling program unique to our business, design a Rewards landing page that was customized for our brand, and helped us drive repeat purchase and grow CLTV - all with minimal lift from our engineering team.

After evaluating multiple platforms, we chose LL because of their singular focus on providing best-in-class loyalty programs (vs. others where loyalty is one of many offerings), complete feature set, set up tools that allowed marketing/non-technical people to do the heavy lifting to get the program up and running, and Klaviyo integration that made it easy to trigger emails and drive engagement through our program throughout the customer journey.

Our onboarding point person, Luana, was awesome and helped us get to the exact implementation we were looking for and launch on time to meet our goals. Their landing page builder was great because we were able to quickly set up a V1 rewards page and launch the program.

Our customers love the program and it’s super easy for them to redeem points. LL has been very easy to maintain and report on, giving us a fun way to engage with our best customers and drive additional revenue. When we need help the team is always responsive and kind.

Price: Best value for money app for all sized businesses looking to reward customers for making purchases/referring your business. Looked into various options.

Design: excellent nice and easy for customers & store owners to use.

Performance: So far we have seen a big increase in customers creating accounts. This clearly shows customers are looking to spend & receive rewards for their spending.

Support: Been great & helpful so far. Getting an email response within 1 day.

The set up was amazing, especially compared with SLoyalty which had taken me hours to figure out.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I am getting alot of repeat customers and I wanted to reward them for coming back time and time again to keep them coming back! I have only been using it for a week so far and three of my customers have used the 'Refer a Friend' tool already. It's easy to use and I love that I was able to call my rewards a unique name that suited my shop!

Jason and Luana have been a massive help to us. We had to navigate through our store's complicated systems to find a solution that made sense for our business. They were able to support us after hours when we launched due to our time difference and were very responsive to any issues or last-minute questions we had. I also wanted to mention they have an abundance of content for our design team to work with which helped massively.

We love this app! Easy to set up. Easy to use. The design looks great and we can already see that our customers are earning rewards which means they will come back and spend with us. New features have already been added so this is a forward thinking app that will keep on improving to help us increase business. Every Shopify store should have this app!
