After 6 months at LL, the sales department contacted me to offer me a 20% discount if I signed up for a year on the classic plan. What I accept. Before the end of the commitment, the sales department contacts me again and offers me a 20% discount on the plus package but refuses to maintain the discount on the intermediary. They insist on the fact that I could no longer benefit from my discount on the classic plan and that all my data will be lost if I do not renew very soon. I struggle with this business approach and turn to the competition. LL confirms the closure of my account, but continues to debit me every month since then, I am on my 3rd follow-up email to request support for my termination. It's not professional. I am extremely disappointed with the service given the price charged. Since I installed GROWAVE which offers equivalent services see more interesting for less

After considering and experimenting with Sweet Tooth and Swell, which were somewhat inflexible and overpriced, we're glad we found LoyaltyLion. The program and integration flexibility is stellar, the pricing model promotes a win/win partnership, high-traffic clients rely on it, and the back-end administration is streamlined. For these reasons and more, we believe that LoyaltyLion is a perfect fit for our business as we grow.

Namita was very helpful in going over how our program is working and suggesting ways to improve it. The app works great, but it does need to include some extra features.

Loyalty Lion has been great for our store. We have used it for about a year and are now even restructuring our loyalty program to make it work even better for us. Hannah has been amazing the whole way through. Having several meetings with us to review how the program is doing and how we can improve it. She is also always there to help us with any technical difficulties.

Loyalty Lion has been a pleasure to work with. The support team has been super responsive and answered all of our questions very quickly! They held our hand the entire time and we are so excited to have our new loyalty program up and running. Vicky from the Loyalty Lion team has also been amazing and so helpful post-launch.

Overall Loyalty Lion is a good system, the auto generated loyalty page helps you get up and running quickly and they integrate with all the major e-commerce platforms and apps. The backend is also easy to set up and navigate. We have had a few issues here and there but they have been addressed by the team.

Very happy with the app - also to the quick response and a solution from LL to issues or questions that pop up. Some teething issues still with free shipping working 100% of the time with the loyalty points, but we are getting there!
