After much deliberation on what loyalty app to use for my reward program, I ended up choosing Loyalty Lion and am extremely happy with the results. The amount of custom support I received to make my loyalty program seem like an extension of my brand, as opposed to an afterthought widget was incredible.

Some important things that separate Loyalty Lion from the competition are:

• Ability to embed panel into a custom page/account page
• Integration with Limespot app
• In-depth analytics
• Best price

I look forward to updating this review as the year goes on.

Our team was overly cautious in our approach to implementing a loyalty rewards program, and our timidity was met with complete reassurance and clear explanations for all of our uncertainty. If you are on the fence as to whether Loyalty Lion is a good fit for your online shop, get off of it! This developer delivers on all of its promises and then some, plus they encourage feedback and may even implement your ideas if they make sense for other stores too! They make the rewards program clear and simple for online shoppers and for our team's backend administrators. We definitely recommend Loyalty Lion.

Great add on, great customer service from the support staff, really happy and it is boosting our customer retention well.

I would like to see tighter integration of social referral buttons on the product pages (out of the box) but i am pretty sure I will be able to work out how to do this using their API when i get a chance.

Good stuff though keep up the good work loyalty lion

For now LoyaltyLion is a great partner to work with. The product is simple to use for the consumer as well for us as a retailer. It’s intuitive and if you have questions they will support you instant!

We love the app at FutbolMarkt.com - it fits seamlessly into our store. We've added all of the features we wanted and we look forward to it adding another aspect to our store.

Meanwhile their support is excellent. They've helped us with our queries and troubleshooting and have been very responsive.

Highly recommend!

I migrated over to LL from Smile and I am very impressed with the level of support from the onboarding team. Jason was my onboarding specialist and success manager and he was always available to help me make important decisions or to run the numbers on what would make our program most successful. Luckily, he was able to show me many ways to improve our current system and I am very happy that I made the switch.
