The loyalty Lion R&R programme has been very good for us to measure and reward our VIP customers. The platform itself is quite easy to navigate and they always update it to be the most user frienly possible and update reporting. Hannah has been great at taking us through our successes and how to imporve the programme further and she is always proactively sharing updates and benchmarks for us to measure against. She's been great and very responsive on all emails and calls.

I recently installed the application for a new site. The application has many useful things. But I am hugely disappointed by the fact that if my store does not use a significant circulation language (English, French, Spanish) the program does not offer the possibility to do the translation yourself except for the amount of $10 per month, attention! every month not a single fee! (which would still be easier to accept) but why wouldn't it be free since I still make it and not the support team.
You disappointed me badly with this fee! It seems to me that you promote discrimination!

Our Onboarding lead is keen to connect with you regarding your experience so far and has been emailing you to help, but is yet to receive a response. We do use a third party for managing translations within the app, which is why it is a separate fee. If we could do this for free, we absolutely would. Great app if you want a loyalty program, very helpful team- been using them for a long time. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a loyalty program, I would not recommend a better company. Lots of useful features and automation

I've been using LoyaltyLion for about two years now for two different organization. It's a really great and easy to use platform. It's so user friendly, which really helps when there's training cross-functionally! It's also a great platform if you're running an international rewards program, as you can easily toggle between each country you're managing. I've been able to set up an entire new loyalty rewards program as well as revamp one for a different brand through this! Their CSMs are also incredibly responsive. Our rep especially, Hannah Cook, has been absolutely amazing at helping us through a really intense relaunch of our program, putting absolute care and thoughtfulness into the relaunch as if it were her own brand. She has been an amazing extension of our team!

Vicky has been SO wonderful as our new CSM! She has listened to our teams needs and helped us hone in on the low hanging fruit that bring quick wins for our program. On top of having a great CSM on our side, Loyalty Lion also has a lot of helpful resources that make adopting new program features easy and attainable. Good experience with LoyaltyLions especially since we've upgraded our plan

Loyalty Lion has been great for our store. We have used it for about a year and are now even restructuring our loyalty program to make it work even better for us. Hannah has been amazing the whole way through. Having several meetings with us to review how the program is doing and how we can improve it. She is also always there to help us with any technical difficulties.

We've only been with LL for a few months and can see a lot of interesting functionalities that are already increasing our sales. The integration with Shopify and Klaviyo is great and the customer service is superb.

We continue to have success with this rewards platform. Recently, we've really ramped up our usage of the offerings and continue to have our needs met and then some. The team and our account manager are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our account manager (Vicky) has really helped push us forward to use more functions within the platform and expand our program. She's great!

We just started working with LL, the onboarding process was easy and Sammy from the onboarding team was very helpful throughout the whole thing. He gave us personalised recommendations and ensured that the setup of our program matched our needs.
